🛠️ Character Creation Process

📅 Before the First Session – We will create characters before the game starts to ensure everyone is ready for adventure! Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to D&D, I’ll guide you through the process.

📖 Character Creation Rules:

  • 🎲 Rolling Stats:

    • Roll 4d6 and drop the lowest for each ability score.

    • Any roll below 10 may be rerolled unless you want to keep it for diversity.

    • Rolling must be done live in Foundry VTT or D&D Beyond’s integrated dice roller.

  • 📜 Starting Level: Level 1—we’ll grow together through quests and exploration!

  • 📚 Allowed Sources:

    • All official Wizards of the Coast books (Player’s Handbook, Tasha’s, Xanathar’s, etc.).

    • NO Unearthed Arcana or Homebrew races/classes unless approved in advance.

  • 🛡️ Equipment & Starting Gear:

    • Use Class + Background starting equipment (as per PHB rules).

    • Gold-buy is available if you prefer, using the starting gold tables in the Player’s Handbook.
